Our Building Design service will be able to assist you in drawing up the necessary components for your Wavell Heights renovation or extension project. We can offer this under a design and construct scenario, whereby which we’ll come out and prepare a concept plan for budgetary purposes and then we adjust the plans to suit your budget. It’s a good way to avoid expensive planning costs, if you later realise the design is too extravagant for your budget. This way the plans are correct from the start. If you decide to proceed with the full version of the plans, the concept cost is deducted from the full set, so you’re not paying in addition for this service.
